Describe who/what this design is about

Trans market place will be a website for translators and interpreters to look for work posted by agencies, companies and private individuals. It will be for all language combinations and will be unique in as much as how the price for the work is reached.

If possible i would like to see Trans marketplace in the same / similar font as Facebook, but again this is not set in concrete.
I would prefer not to see flags in the design.
My own initial idea was to have the world depicted as an apple with a bite taken out!
