The design should incorporate the globe that was attached in the previous email with a construction and property background to show that the company deals with construction development and also property sales.
The design should be clean and professional, not very arty. This logo will be used on all company documents and branding. It should represent the construction development and property sales industry and the value of world class professionalism which the company has.
