A real estate company on the west side of the University of Texas campus. We do residential leasing & sales as well as sell investment property which will be eventually rented to students.

Our current colors are an orange type, teal & white (I have attached a copy of our current logo). The colors for University of Texas (UT) are Burnt Orange and White. But you can also find UT t-shirts of all kinds of varying colors so the logo doesn't necessarily have to be those colors... but, it's a good place to start if you feel like you may be lacking ideas. We're open to anything, but will shy away from certain college color schemes- especially opposing colleges- and most definitely rival colleges. Good color schemes to avoid will be red and white, maroon and white, gold and green, etc.

We would definitely like to see our orange & teal in there but also we would like to see more thinking outside of the box and maybe not be so necessarily cliché. Use the current LOGO only as a basis for colors and very rough guideline but we would still like to see a broad range of logo ideas.
