Vintage/Retro Logo for a Home Builder

ArchiTerra Homes is a production home builder in the Pacific Northwest. We represent QUALITY and top notch SERVICE. We would like a logo that has a retro/vintage feel. The name can either be all caps, or Architerra Homes or ArchiTerra Homes. We haven't decided what looks best yet.

In addition to the name, we would like one small mark that would be used to visually represent ArchiTerra Homes. That mark/logo needs to be able to stand alone on a hat or a golf shirt. The idea is that over time, you you would simply know the builder by the mark (even without seeing the builder name).

The mark should be simple with clean lines. I would like something that represents the housing industry, yet I would like it UNIQUE ( a unique nail head-possibly engraved with AH, a unique door knob with an embossed key logo, a vintage hammer, a vintage key, etc.) For colors, I like grays/black & white with a small pop of color. For example, perhaps the mark would be the only color: example: red key (or copper)
