We are in the telecommunications test tools business. We proved products and tools to help the telephone companies deliver service. The objective is to achieve a good customer QoE (Quality of Experience) my maintaining excellent QoS (Quality of Service)

Our target audience is the telephone company field service professionals. IPTV and VOD is rapidly growing. Content from HuLu, Netflix, Pay per view, tradional program channels like Fox, ESPN, CNN, NBC, etc. and so many other providers will be delivered over the IP network. IPTV provides greater flexibility and is the future of TV and video. On demand content anytime, anywhere is becoming the standard. Telephone technicians are responsible for installing the modems, hardware and cabling at customer sites to provide IPTV. In the past, most of the time they focus on the physical connections of the cable, modems, wiring, etc., and hoped the content flowed. IPTV testing occurs at a higher layer or areas traditional telephone technicians don’t understand. Problems such as pixilation, freeze frames, slow channel switching, and others will occur. Telephone technicians don’t understand IPTV and training is a big challenge. So, our IPTV test software is intended to help telephone technicians to qualify customer sites for delivery of IPTV. With just a notebook, we don’t need the TV or Set Top Box to figure out if the IPTV content being delivered by the central office to the home is good. We can emulate the TV, Set Top Box , modem, etc. Our product gives a telephone technician visibility of the content coming over all the physical connections and hardware equipment. We have expert analysis and make recommendations what to look at when there are issues. Without our product, a technician is basically “blind” and has no idea. In the telco world, sending a technician back to solve issues is very expensive. It’s referred to as a “truck roll”. Anything that prevents a “truck roll” is the goal of telephone field service. VStream IPTV Expert Analyzer is the “most affordable way to qualify, maintain and troubleshoot IPTV circuits.

Front cover should have the VStream logo and the Back cover are system requirements and contact info. I have attached an example for reference. We also want the FE TEST logo to be on there. We don't have an AI file for that just a gif file, please create the vector. it should be very professional looking as we are striving to brand “VStream”. We like to add the FETest logo to the cd. FETest is the company, VStream is the product namme. Couple concept ideas. Maybe a picture or image of a TV with a short tag line like"Qualify, Maintain & Troubleshoot IPTV" The CD, CD Insert and logo need to have commonality between them as we want to brand VStream.
