Masajid Media is being established to technologically crowd-connect mosques with one another while promoting love, peace, unity and other virtues of Islamic faith amongst the communities they serve. A screen will be put in the participating mosques displaying the masajidmedia website. Along with a logo you designed, with hundreds of thousands of viewers daily!
Your goal is to design a logo that will be used in chief for branding on the website, print media, stationary, videos and perhaps limited apparel. The logo needs to have an avatar like the F for facebook or the t for twitter.
We need a contemporary logo that delivers an impression of advancement, unity & peace, we want the logo to be very inviting and lively.

A dark green color is typical of islamic symbolism, it could be a minor bonus to have that color in the logo but creativity triumphs color :D

We will theme our website from time to time. And hence ideally a single color logo with gradient shades would be perfect so that we can theme it along the website. Or you can design multi colored as long as its themeable.
You are free to incorporate the actual words “Masajid Media” in the logo, or not, we have no preference.
There are a lot of logos out there featuring a minaret & a dome; we would ideally not like to use the cliché, unless you can be extraordinarily creative about it.
No fruits, veggies, animals, musical instruments or notes should be part of the logo,
In Arabic (widely spoken in the muslim world) Masajid Media appears as this میڈیا مساجد should you chose to go that route.
Target audience 10 ~ 45 ish
As a parent company Masajid Media is expected to launch several products that will all have their own logos and insignias, we therefore hope to build a lasting relationship.
