Forgiveness Policy

Working as a freelance graphic designer is tough, especially when you have to work on multiple projects at the same time. Mistakes are bound to happen. While stealing of designs is not tolerated at all at ZillionDesigns, instances such as unintentional borrowing of design elements from elsewhere or accidentally inclusion of design elements without realizing it could be made an exception once in a while.

ZillionDesigns has now instituted a new policy regarding warnings and copyright issue forgiveness:

If a designer receives a trademark violation or warning point, one of these violations can be removed once 10 contests have been won.  Only contests after the receipt of the violation will be counted.  This new policy only applies to violations after June 28th 2012.

Under this policy, ZillionDesigns management may grant full pardon by removing all warnings and trademark penalties, at their discretion. Moving forward we would like designers to understand that they can redeem from past mistakes by working on and continue to submit original, creative and quality design drafts to projects on ZillionDesigns.

We believe no one should pay for their mistakes forever; we’ve instituted this policy for your benefit.
