The target audience are individuals interested in superior fitness. CrossFit appeals to a wide demographic, but is currently very popular with individuals in the military, police and fire departments.

Incorporate the principles of our mission statement in some fashion: Our mission at Brandywine CrossFit is to forge healthy human beings. We train in an environment of integrity, respect, kindness and trust where ancient wisdom meets modern truth. We are committed to helping all of our clients discover true fitness. Our highly effective programs involve constantly varied, high intensity, functional movements designed to improve cardiovascular endurance, strength, stamina, flexibility, speed, power, agility, balance, coordination and accuracy.

    Regarding my entries - the cool thing to keep in mind for this kind of piece is you can keep it fresh really easily. Just changing the photo to your different trainers working out and their work out mentality captured in a phrase or two can become a very personal piece from your gym. Just a thought to have looking forward. Thanks!

    I like both of these drafts. However, I am not sure if this will sell people or educate them about what we do. I worry that "Enjoy the Pain" might scare some people. Once they are in our box they will get it. I like the way you have bulleted the important items. However, I wonder if a little more explanation is needed. You have highlighted our methods - Precision, Variety and Progression. How can we make it clear that these methods will result in improved cardiovascular endurance, etc... with the ultimate goal being Optimal Health and Wellness of mind, body and spirit?
