We do performance enhancement training for all sports. Training includes speed, strength, agility, balance, and conditioning as well as sport specific instruction. I am a personal trainer focusing on working with youth and high school athletes who desire to increase their strength and skills.

I really like the designs on black. Most likely the logo will be printed on black and gray athletic shirts as well as dark hoodies.

With our business we use the TRX Suspension system http://www.trxtraining.com in much of strength training we do. This website might give you an interesting perspective or angle on much of our business. We also focus on speed/agility/quickness sessions with all types of sports teams from football to softball to soccer to volleyball. If incorporating a "symbol" is too tricky with such a varied operation, then just the name/logo is fine. The logo will be going on business cards as well as t-shirts, hoodies, and water bottles.
