our project is to covert an existing bungalow which situated next to farmland into a children's day nursery. the bungalow has all the features of a normal family home. it has 3 main rooms (babies, toddlers, pre-school) and a very large garden area which we are going to develop into different areas including a nature area, vegetable patch and room for physical play. The garden has lots of trees but has two very large main dominant trees a willow and a horse chestnut tree. We would like our logo to represent our outdoor area as well as an element of growth as the children will be coming to us when they are babies and leaving at 4/5 years. we would like our logo to represent our 'green/eco friendly' elements such as rain water recycling for water plants, composting, waste recycling and growing our own vegetables. we are very keen for the children to take care and learn about growing vegetables. we would like our logo to be suitable for faxing, printing, workwear stitching etc. we want our logo to repesent good quality and professional childcare.

we would like our logo to typically represent children by using bright bold colours but we are open to ideas
not sure
i dont want to see teddy bears or dolls, rainbows, dolls houses. we are not keen on the idea of having people also on the logo
we quite like the idea of using the trees as a feature or their leaves. we have had some thoughts around using the horse chestnut showing a conker, leave and then a seedling tree representing growth and growing of the children but we are open to ideas.
