EnPath provides intelligence to hospitals in order to control the spread of pathogens. Hospital acquired infections amount to added healthcare costs of over $15 billion annually and over $10,000 added cost per patient. EnPath is a Laboratory supporting hospitals with control of Pathogens and environmental Disease. En = Environmental, Path = Pathogen -- so name EnPath literally means Environmental Pathogen.
Path also can mean a path forward. EnPath detects environmental hazards in Hospitals. It is a service to provide insight to Hospital decision makers and gives them a path forward to solve the problem. The logo needs to be clean. EnPath works with DNA testing also. Some things that come to mind for symbols are, detection, path, forward, puzzle, scout, guide, pathfinder, guard, sentinel.

Black primarily, Blue, white and gray - all highlights possibly. We will choose between gray and white. Black and blue are primary colors. But we will look at any color if someone wants to think outside our box - not opposed to looking at other colors. Medical colors tend to be blue.
