Design needs to be fresh, energetic and people centric. It needs to be bright and engaging. Its a recruitment site that will ultimately separate into three areas - retail (main focus), technology and telecoms. It will be one site initially but needs to portray that they are a recruitment/jobs website well. Young and funky designs that potentially have three colours (lime, green, purple, orange, red, silver) representing three sites... initial focus is on retail though.
