Describe who/what this design is about

I am an educational consultant who has been consulting for 10 years. I was a classroom teacher for 14 years. My purpose is to help inspire teachers to change student behavior through positive methods. I hope to see the title of the company and tag line with the symbol. The globe is overdone with my tag line, BUT, I am open to seeing it done in a fresh way.

BTW - your website has 2 typos in the "Need a web solution?" section. Completely "customize" should have a d on the end and maintenance is missing an "n." :) Somebody just pointed this out to me and I truly appreciated it!
