However, if you are providing 2 or 3 different color versions of the same logo in one draft, please make sure that if the particular draft gets finalized, each color version should be separated before you will send the final files.   You guys are creative geniuses! I guess I would like to see a tad bit of flare. A little design or something underneath the name (no buildings or houses). Maybe something with a kind of vintage feel.

  I don't do any office brokerage, mostly retail, land. So I would like to stay away from any buildings in the design. Thank you!
