We were thinking about Bordeaux Red and Gold. But it is not a requirement. The MAIN thing is that it looks trustworthy, professional and serious.

Not very sure but it could for example be a Logo with an "R" on the top and the name Rotus below. It actually depends on the design, we are happy for any good ideas.
