It is also a school that offer training of coaching for people who want to become coaches

For the logo and design: collaboration ( collective intelligence) and transformation
I want it innovative and professional: Like something new (a new way of doing thing), innovative and at the same time professional
I would like to put the emphasis on collaboration and transformation
I am not really keen having people in the logo, if you propose something like that it has to be really discrete.
