Black, white, grey/silver. I would also consider using blue as an accent (not necessarily the same blue on my website, I am open to suggestions)

I want a logo that can be used on black, on white and I also need a watermark version to put over images (watermark is just as important as the rest, if not more).
I want the watermark to be visible but non-intrusive. I will also use this logo on website, marketing materials, letterhead and business cards.
