  Thank you everyone for your hard work. we have decided to finalize the project with Elements. we will be posting some revisions with his designs but have eliminated all other designs at this time. thank you again!

  Thanks for all of the ideas. Please keep them coming. Please try to keep your ideas neat - if you notice I have been eliminating all of the cluttered logos. The logo MUST have something to do with both Paint and Hardware for it to be selected. I like 96,97,79,56,72,26 - those are the kinds of logos that I'm leaning towards. Nothing has struck me yet as being exactly what I want so please - keep tweaking them. Let's make them a little more definied (you can't really identify the paint brushes, screw heads or saw blades too easily in any of these logos). Thank you all.

  I would like to see some variations in # 37, #38, and #40. If #40 could eliminate the "M" on top and work on the colors for the rest - the roller looks like it's erasing color instead of adding color.. #37 and #38 should tweak their designs so there is some hardware / paint element in there. I like the clean lines, and bright colors, but there is nothing there to indicate a hardware / paint store. Thank you!!

  I don't see where I can comment on the invidual designs when I click on them - but I did see that some of you asked for comment. #39 is a little too scary for me =) looks like something out of a horror film but I like the creativity. Maybe if it was toned down a litlte and something put in there relating to retail hardware / paint it might work better. I really like #38 - especially that you took the time to include the TV and BM logo! The BM logo is not the signature logo pictured on the building on their home page - but it's nice to see how the mazzone logo will look with another logo. #37 is really great - I just wish there were again some Hardware / more paint elements in the logo. thanks all

  By the way - #6 is really nice - I think if the screw in the O was cleaned up to really look like a screw and if the colors were changed in the circle around the logo, that would look great...

  Thank you for all the entries so far - they are great. I would like to see something in the logo that shows that we are in the paint / hardware industry. Maybe changing one of the letters in our name into a tool (for example - the O into a circular saw blade). I like the different colors being used but I prefer the darker reds, blues, etc... to the lighter yellows, neon greens, etc.. Thank you all!!

  I think everyone is off to a nice start! Thank you! I would like to see if anyone can come up with something slightly more creative - like including something in or around the name that conveys we are a hardware / paint store.. Our old logo (if you look at our website www.mazzonetruevalue.com) has a picture of a hand with a hammer above our name. That worked for a while but I can't use that for our paint store - so I really would like something that conveys our industry without limiting me to either store - in other words I need to be able to use the logo for both stores... thank you all!!
