Snowboard Park Rat Drawing

The goal of this design is to eventually make it on to T-shirts. What I want is a rat standing on its legs with fairly big teeth and ski/snowbaord goggles on. In one hand I want it to be holding a snowbaord with bindings on it. I would prefer this to have the look like it was sketched. for the hands, I would like the rat to have a t-rex hand kind of look as far as positioning. Above the rate I would like it to say "Park Rat" in a comic book style.
