Virtual Interactive Technologies (VIT) is the creator of the Virtual Interactive Training and Assessment Program™ (VITAP™). A persistent, online 3D environment, VITAP™ allows clients to create avatars for personnel that have customizable competencies and attributes. The avatars interface with the world and its systems, in such examples as interactive selection assessments and training exercises. Data are recorded based on these interactions, permanently associated with the avatar, and stored for analysis.
