Describe who/what this design is about

We provide mainly tax services, consulting, and accounting to individuals and businesses. We would like to create a logo using the domain “INCOMETAXSTOP.COM". This logo should be funny, eye catching, inviting, professional, attractive and visible to everyone interested in preparing his or her taxes.
The challenge is to create a professional and funny cartoon money bill (full body) dress up with a suit and tie holding a sign with the words “STOP” with a stick on the right hand and the left hand completely open like stopping the traffic. Face expression should be inviting, friendly, confident and professional.

Also, above and around the STOP sign would like to see an attractive design for the words: “INCOMETAX” and the words “.com” should be added at the bottom of the word “STOP”. Please be creative as we want people to remember us with this design.

Attention Designers, MycroBurst permits you to submit unlimited designs with unlimited variations. However, if you show 2 or 3 different color versions of the same logo in one draft, please make sure that if that draft gets finalized, each color version is separated before final files are sent out. To all of you participating...Just to give you an idea of the positions of hands and the STOP sign, you can google "sign clip art" and take a look at those characters and how they are holding the signs and how their left hand is placed..I am trying to develop my own character with especific directions. Thanks

STOP sign should be a real stop sign used on the street and should be noted. The words "INCOME TAX" should be on the top of the sign and around this sign. The words ".com" should be inside the STOP sign at the bottom. Stop should be infront of the body as well hand, indicating to make an stop.
