What we are:
Job Search Board, Inc. is a free web based service providing unemployed job seekers with independent or aided coaching, challenges and a process to manage employment selection toward their ultimate career goal, while incorporating their social graph.
How we are different:
We are the first to: provide online training on social capital and 21st century job skills, the first to provide a CRM driven process to identify Job A™ and Job B™ opportunites, which are systematically managed on the Job Search Board™ guided via a virtual or live coach. By developing communities we aggregate applicable job search resources revealing the hidden job market and we motivate seekers during their search through a series of “Challenges” that move the user closer toward their employment goal.

we've been leaning toward an orange and blue as can be seen by the colors selected on www.jobsearchboard.com. However, we are not married to those colors.

We do not want to abbreviate the name Job Search Board to JSB. We need to brand around the full name. Overtime, the market may abbreviate us and that is fine, but we don't want to do that up front. The emphasis in our name is Job Search. The board is actually where the job seeker works on his or her job search. We do not want to be confused as a job board. We tried to come up with different names, but never agreed on anything.
