  Sorry - I am terrible about making star based decisions… i really like them all… they are all good - but the 4 stars are my favourites… ideally I want the logo to convey action… sporting analogies seem to be very effective here in australia - we are sports MAD! I dont want it to be TOO BOLD or masculine - ie red and black is too bold for meI am a sole operator. here is what "team workouts" is about… TeamWORKOUTS delivers practical, highly skillful and strategically focused workouts for leaders and their teams. Workouts that create real and lasting change.Workouts that shift all eyes from a leader back to the team and ultimately to individual performance. Workouts that enlighten, inform, and align individual contributions with organisational imperatives. Workouts that help teams connect, reconnect and look forward... together. TeamWORKOUTS produce results. (THIS MIGHT BE A BETTER TAGLINE??? ask me ANY questions you want - i am very OPEN - I have not done this before so sorry if i am not good at giving you better direction.   Ok - I am a bit crazy…but i have in mind a rowing crew now… the idea of a team pulling in the same direction! And all of a sudden I have grown fond of the color orange? Do i ask too much?

  Many thanks to all who have submitted their designs. I think that because it is a VERY small business - (me and only me) I would like the logo to be less masculine and perhaps a little bit whimsical….ie not too bold. I am a funky creative and zany woman - I dont take anything TOO seriously - so if someone could capture FUN!!!! I would be very appreciative I would love to see some orange!! Anyone? : )
