pretty open here....just want it to look modern and up to date, and gender neutral

I want an icon that sits to the left of my name that has one of my initials ("E") or both of my initials ("EC").
I would like to see two logo options....one with my tagline and one without my tagline...I will need both options as some spaces will be too small to fit in the tagline, but others will be large enough for it.
