we like pastel colors, fresh and bright but not too feminine. It should make employers feel comfortable and should make women feel professional.

the name KASTANA means chestnut in arabic (كستناء) , we would like it to represent that women are hard as the chestnut shell from the outside ( professional and can achieve) and soft and warm like the inside of the chestnut. It is very important that the logo to be around that "chestnut" and to have some icon ( maybe a silhouette or just a side sketch of a women ).
Another idea is that the inside of a chestnut looks like a brain ,so maybe we can use that to symbolize the professional employment of women, maybe we can use it in the silhouette of the women.
we would like the logo to be an icon that we can use on its own for advertising on other websites or sponsoring events ,or even for it to show on the browse window as a dominant icon.
we would like to also try writing the kastana (كستناء) in arabic calligraphy to shape the chestnut itself .
