Looking for a unique creative designer

I'm looking for more of an urban style with a twist of funk. Something unique and appealing. Background color (of the shirt) : Black Placement: Center of the shirt Colors: 4-5 Design: The design will be hands coming from the black background holding diamonds with sand falling through the cracks of the hands, almost like how sand falls from an hourglass. There's also a quote at the bottom in diamond blue that states "What is Value". Creativity and artistic freedom is welcomed!
