Create a quartered shield enclosed in a circle.
In the first quarter (upper left hand area), add a wolf howling to a visible moon.
In the second quarter (upper right hand area), add the side view of a forty-five (45) caliber pistol.
In the third quarter (lower left hand area), add a diagonal police baton.
In the fourth quarter (lower right hand area), add a diagonal sword.
Create an outer circle around the circle enclosing the shield with words UTSPA SECURITY (all capitalized) proportionally spaced on the top of the enclosed circle.
On the bottom of the enclosed circle, add the motto "Security Inside and Out" (upper and lower case) proportionally spaced and in a font smaller the text on the top of the enclosed circle.
Add two black dots (one or each side) proportionally spaced between UTSPA SECURITY and "Security Inside and Out"
The entire custom logo must contain the colors black, white, and royal blue. NO EXCEPTIONS!
