Eye-Catching Logo for a Security Company

The logo for On the Job Security should convey the role of our corporation as a protector and defender. Our mission is to serve those in need of residential and/or retail security to the best of our ability. To the workplace we carry a sense of dedication and passion for what we do: safety and security is our priority.

The logo should be in the shape of a circle (so it can eventually be sown onto our uniforms as a patch). It should consist of four parts:
Section I (Outer Circle)
Part 1A: The first part of the logo is an outer circle. At the top of the outer circle, I would like the words "On the Job". At the bottom of the outer circle, I would like the word "Security". See this link for an idea:

Part 1B: The second part of the outer circle is the sides of the circle. I would like olive branches running along the sides of the circle. See this link for the type of olive branches I'm talking about:

Section II (Inner Circle)
Part 2A: In the center of the circle, similar to the image in the Part 1A link, I would like a globe; however, I would like our globe to be a little more detailed (with some continents to make it look more like a globe). See this link for the type of globe I'm talking about:

Part 2B: Finally, I want a shield on top of the globe, as if the shield were protecting the globe. I want to shield to look very strong and have a very definitive appearance. Engraved or Branded in the middle of the shield, I would like our company's motto: Vi et Animo. For an idea of the type of shield I'm talking about, please see this link:
