We consult Contact Centers to better acheive productivity and efficiency. We assist the Contact Centers to employ all available media, including social media, to provide a truly great customer experience all the while increasing sales and retention and reducing wait times.

Tech forward but not cheesy. Very focused and clean. Don't like too many words and clutter on a page. Easy to follow. Must be welcoming and easy to navigate. We'll be dealing with professionals, so we must project experience, knowledge and in an instant.

    Just a note regarding the pics. There is a pic with the caption "If Opportunity Doesn't Knock - Build a Door" - this image captures who Blue Kite is at the fundamental level. We are about recognizing opportunity and building on it. Would love to see this image as a predominant aspect of our home page.
