Describe who/what this design is about

Apollo Group wants logo, business cards, stationary etc. We would like the business cards to be maroon/brown in color, almost antique looking, with gold foil lettering. One side of business card should bear the logo you create. It should also bear our Name: Apollo Group- with our tag line:Intuitive, Analytical, Solutions. On the other side: users information with small logo. Logo should contain some sort of inference to the Sun God Apollo so any interpretation of the sun or the Sun God Apollo will be accepted. Feel free to have fun with the project, however we want a elegant looking business card letterhead etc. almost feeling like you are looking at menu at a five-star restaurant. We would like to have the documents created in various file types so that we can use different services for printing, uploading, and editing ect. - thank you!

#26. This is a different interpretation. Try to stay within the color specifications. We dont like silver.

#11 bazinga, I like this one. Please remove fire, it looks like a leaf. Leave it bare or replace with something that does not remind of leaf. Thanks Please make more glossy if you can. #15 bazinga, I like this. Please color top of roof on left triangle. Thanks Please make more glossy if you can. #17 & 18 Too tall, almost to high and distracting. Also be a little more creative with fonts. Thanks

#7 bazinga, can you please lighten the word group, we can barely see it with the dark background. also, try some variations with the logo, separately. I like how it seems to pop out of the screen. Thanks

#1 & 2. I like it. It is clean and professional. Can you try to put the sun/flames/eye or some sort of interpretation in there. #3 Too much design, and no emphasis on the words. #4 & 6. Don't like the rainbow colors. Its not elegant, contemporary, or professional. Thanks

I apologize for the confusion of the way I posted the first project. This project is for a LOGO only! I now understand how the contest works. Do not go by the brief. The brief is below: Logo should contain some sort of inference to the Sun God Apollo so any interpretation of the sun or the Sun God Apollo will be accepted or the pyramid and sun. Egyptian and or greek looking, if that is possible. Colors metallic gold and dark burgundy/brown. Feel free to be creative. Thanks for your patience.

This contest has two parts. This site seperated it into two contests, but it is actually one contest with 2 components. You can submit the designs for both Logo and business card/stationary design to one contest if you wish. $225 for both. Thanks
