Describe who/what this design is about

Hapa-A person who is partially asian or of pacific islander decent.
Aloha-Aloha (pronounced [əˈlo.hə]) in the Hawaiian language means affection, peace, compassion, and mercy. Since the middle of the 19th century, it also has come to be used as an English greeting to say goodbye and hello. "Aloha" is also included in the state nickname of Hawaii, the "Aloha State".

I really like the idea of a Japanese sun, Hawaiian tribal and the hawaiian islands...i want it to be more of a surfer vibe. Waves, surfboard... I don't want to see hibiscus flowers and/or any Hawaiian flower you would see at a touristy store.
