This logo should be pretty straight forward and convey a staffing/recruitment service that finds jobs for potential candidates.
Also to attract new clients who are looking to utilize a staffing agency to fulfill open positions.

Your logo design should be easily readable. Feel free to convey a message through imagery, keep in mind this is a staffing service, ... so somehow convey how someone would view this logo and understand that it deals with employment hiring.
