Describe who/what this design is about

The head of a lion with "HSL Protection" along the bottom and "Hic Sunt Leones" either arcing over the top or somewhere in the lion. Something simple yet bold. These will go on the company uniforms over the left breast, and on business cards, print marketing, etc
