real estate mainly rental but also some renovations and new builds

we are a small rental company that occasionally builds and or renovates homes. we are located in atlanta and people that rent tend to be young professionals or hipsters (movie industry). we want to convey a few themes. first is location. atlanta intown. second is the beltline which is a walking trail in atlanta that has cool development around it. third is the homes are unique (often are older with charm) but also updated and or renovated in great condition. fourth that we are happy and excited about atlanta, the intown neighborhoods (buzz going on) and we want our tenants to enjoy the properties.
We are a stable company that is responsive, and ethical.
these are ideas. we understand not all of this is likely doable in a logo but wanted to give you guys some context.

we are totally open to good ideas.
the style section doesnt allow one to say possible or no. i doubt we would do masculine or feminine. we attract all types of renters. we are also not in rustic area but it is historic - homes are about 100 years old. mill houses, duplexes, etc.
our initial thinking was the name Natal Properties LLC incorporating the beltline in someway. We then thought about the skyline so people know its atlanta. Then we discussed that fact that we are in unique neighborhoods with older homes.
a number of our properties are in cabbagetown and inman park. these are distinct neighborhoods and it would be great to somehow show we are not just the skyline but also a neighborhood presence in the city. if you look on line you can see the homes and areas. one is 627 gaskill 30316 another is 642 woodward ave 30312. this will give you a flavor of the properties and streets.
we are also open to tag lines but we are also ok without it. Ie. Finding the right property for you (or something that alludes to intown been cool and having a buzz) your atlanta intown neighborhood experience.. whatever......
