3 page flyer to showcase / market a commercial property

  Designers... we are almost done with our contest. I didn't have the material up until a day ago so I'm asking any/all designers to jump in. I'd like to find something I really like. I like the layout (or some variation of #20). HOWEVER I'd like to try and use the blue colors AND I'd like at least 2 pages so I can put more bullet points etc. I'm not set on it but so far that one has been able to fit the material on it and that's what I'm liking more. the other submissions are not really laid out that well. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE KEEP SUBMITING.

  I have uploaded several pictures to be used in the flyer. I'd like the flyer to have 4 pictures (the first page should have the main picture and also the address) 1) a close up of the property 2) the close up aerial of the property 3) the site plan of the property 4) the distant aerial of the property Then the flyer needs to have the following information; 1) Section for a paragraph so I can describe the property 2) I need to list the demographics (1, 3, 5 mile population) 3) I need to list the traffic counts I'll attach a flyer I had created for this exact property already. I'm not so excited on the colors and design on it anymore. This flyer DOES have all the correct information so you can take this info and replace it. Thanks!
