3D Logo Design for NLPA - Net Lease Property Advisors

We are looking for a logo that will incorporate our acronym “NLPA” Net Lease Property Advisors. In addition we would like it spelled out next to or below the acronym. As you can see by some of the example logos we provided, we are looking for some sort of 3D type design. Either a 3D Acronym or 3D object/s with our acronym located inside/beside it.
We work in commercial real estate, mainly on retail properties. If there are ways to demonstrate that in a logo we are open to it. We don’t however want our acronym just spelled out in front of buildings, especially not buildings that look like office towers rather than retail.
We are looking for something unique and new, fresh and modern.
