Describe who/what this design is about

Kick-Off 2012 is more than another Kick-Off, it’s a milestone in our history. For the first time ever, we are uniting all sales employees across the globe in one unified message of CareerBuilder’s success and future (global). Kick-Off 2011 was about what’s possible and we rallied the troops around the idea that anything is possible – in fact it was Mission Possible in 2011. As we close out 2011, we proved that not only was achieving our goals possible, out running our competition possible, innovating new products and solutions possible… it was inevitable (limitless). We far out played the competition with new products and innovative solutions (innovative) So today, in 2012, it’s about what’s NEXT…
