  #31, #21 and #19 are all really close to what we would consider. #31, can you reduce the font size of "FNG BBQ" and increase the "Friendly Neighborhood Guys" font size. #21, can you adjust to a more masculine color scheme.. Thanks! Matt

  I like the color scheme on #1, but the male theme is taken a bit too far with the female silouette. (although I do like it) Can we incorporate BBQ themes -- potentially with BBQ implements like grills, tongs, abstract cow-chicken-pig elements. The core of the the team is three guys, so incorporation of 3 male (cartoon like) figures (think 3 stooges or silouette outlines.
