Anyone who drives by a home that we have for sale. Need sign to be seen from a distance

-This design will go on signs that will be *24 inches wide by 18 inches tall. *18 inches wide by 28 inches tall. *So we will need 2 versions of the design one wide one tall -FOR SALE should be in all capital letters -Your Austin Realty should have 1st letter of each word capitalized and the rest lower case per word just like it's spelled here -Colors should be white, black, red (maybe blue) -Must contain company logo prefer red/black or red/blue combo -Prefer a white background -Must say FOR SALE across the top (very large) -Need the domain name on it as well: youraustinrealty.com (all lowercase) -Need sign to be seen from a distance -Will need the design to be high resolution files

    Designers, anyone submitting drafts that are just color or black & white pictures of Austin buildings (unless they are silhouettes) will be eliminated. We are looking at a design with a silhouette. It's ok if the silhouettes is a solid or faded color but we would like to see silhouettes. Thank you.

    Hello Designers, we are also looking for a real estate sign that is new = MODERN and fresh, smart and professional. Also, please note that the 24" wide by 18" tall is really a landscape design while the 18" wide by 24"tall is portrait design. Thank you, Your Austin Realty

    Hello Designers, please disregard any reference to capitalization or where to place domain names, company names or other words. We want you to have more creative expression! We've also just uploaded more logo versions so please use more freedom with color for now. Also, you are no longer are required to place FOR SALE on the sign unless you want to. This sign will be placed in front of homes for sale and for lease. If you want to place a phone number on the sign please use 512-555-1212 as a place holder although a phone number is not currently a requirement. Thank you!
