I'm not so much a fan of the GTM designs- the initials don't really do much for me.

As the designs come in, I'm thinking that I would like something that the height/width are closer in measure. Something like draft number 9 in terms of layout. I had an idea of a logo encapsulated in a circle, or perhaps popping out of a circle, although I am very open to other ideas as well. I like numbers 1 & 4 as well.
