  To all designers: You'll see we have cleaned up by eliminating designs that are not what we are looking for and providing a star rating for our favorites as well. The top two designs are #229 & #472, with #472 being our top choice. We are interested in the concept of both #479 & #394 and would suggest more design ideas for both the compass and lighthouse ideas. We like these concepts because they both evoke an image of guidance, direction, and trust. We tend to shy away from designs that are too literal and suggest using the concepts in a subtle way. Thank-you for your patience and continued submissions. We are getting very close to the end of our contest!!

  To all designers: A winner has not yet been selected. We are trying to let you know which designs we are most in favor of by using the star ratings. The five star ebtry is unique in that it represents the words we are trying to evoke in a very subtle way. To me the sail is a symbol of support, guidance, performance, experience, knowledge, etc. I just think it could be tweaked to make the sail concept a little more apparent, but not literal. I will be up-dating later today and tomorrow with star ratings and eliminating those that are not being considered. Please continue to submit your designs!

  To all designers: We entered our project here because in browsing other projects, we saw alot of unique and clever designs. We are a little disappointed in our submissions from that perspective. Although we do favor some of the submissions, we really don't see anything unique or clever with regard to incorporating the words we've asked to be reflected in the design. The designer that is definitely headed in that direction is lucifer. I have looked at several designers that have submitted here and believe we are not lacking in talent. Please show us a unique, clever, different way to evoke guidance, durection, navigation. Keep the original font or change it up at this point if that is what is holding the creativity back. Looking forward to seeing your ideas!

  Updated the star ratings based on combined feedback. Can we try a little less abstract and try to evoke our descriptors a little more? Thank-you for your submissions, I'm sure we will get to a design that we are very happy with.

  The favored designs at this point are #18, #35,#41, and #48. After seeing the tagline used, I would like to see more ideas with it included. Would also like something more unique with regard to the graphic. Something that evokes thoughts of solutions, guidance, direction, integrity.

  To all designers, I want to reiterate that the original logo lettering is very recognizable and we are not particularly in favor of changing it to a different font or lettering style.

  I understand the use of the letters. The preferred acronym for our company is BSMG for obvious reasons, we don't like BS.
