  Dear designers, Thank you all for submitting great designs. I admire your creativity. Unfortunately, only one has to be the winner. My decision was difficult but I chose the one that I believe was more close to my brief. I very much appreciate everybody's work and I truly thank you for your time and effort.

  #4 Better. But lets try to place the shining stars on the smile at the right and left edges and remove them from the words. Also, Pediatric can be a little more bigger or more wide.
