This logo is for a new restaurant that we want to franchise and open many locations so we want a look that is bright, powerful, modern and sleek! We want something that also works in some of the elements that make the restaurant special. Our concept is to serve Italian food "your way." That means we allow people to fully customize all of their food by selected the ingredients in 3 quick and easy steps. We will also feature a beautiful Wood Burning Oven, which is unique and makes for great tasting food.

I'm willing to see various options for color but I think the key is bright colors that are very vibrant and alive! I like the color red and I think it goes well with the Wood Burning Oven which is burning at 900 degrees Fahrenheit or 500 degrees Celsius! At the same time, I want to allow artists to do what they do best so go with the colors you feel are best.
