Label for a Pate packaging

We want 2 see two options: 1. Just a label on the cover. 2. A label that goes down to both sides to serve as security seal. The actual packaging has a transparent cover with a burgundy package. We will be migrating to a completelly transparent packaging, so the label you design needs to serve both packages. Dimension for: 1. label: lenght: 4 and 5/8 in wide. (right to left) width: 2 and 1/8 inches on the far sides. 2 and 3/8 in the widest (top to bottom) round corners See details in the pictures.

It needs to convey elegance and that is it delicate and delicious. It will be sold to individuals or to gourmet stores. It must be seen as a delicacy/delicatessen. We know once the customer buys it, he/she will repeat. We need to attract customers for that initial push to buy. We want customers to think this is a French product.
Besides the logo, we need to have the following in the label. - Pâté de Foie - Ingredients: Chicken liver, milk cream, onions, Brandy, spices, salt and pepper.
