Describe who/what this design is about

The text in the current version of our logo is very plain. I really like our symbol, but the text doesn't "pop" like I want it to. I'd like to keep our circle icon and just rework the text. Please refer to the "details" section for more info and logo links.

I would like the emphasis on the word "Outpatient" with "Anesthesia Services" underneath "Outpatient" in smaller text. I'm picturing the word "Outpatient" to be in bold cursive or some other idea that brings the word out (just a suggestion, but be creative). The text used should work well with the existing company icon: http://logos.kinesisdesign.com/OAS/
