Target audience is both Home Owners that are having a hard time selling their home in todays challenging real estate market and Home Buyers that would like to purchase a home but have found it difficult to obtain the necessary financing in todays difficult mortgage lending environment. We want to convey a professional and reputable image while communicating creativity, new solutions with a more modern, easy to understand approach.we dont want to convey a stuffy corporate image. Less clutter and fluff but with good information in a make sense type format that can be understood easily -nothing to hide. It should calls the customer to action through our programs and solutions. Our hope and intention is to offer alternative solutions to traditional real estate sales and financing that will help buyers and sellers in a "win-win" outcome.

Tri Fold Brochure - would like to have an editable brochure that can be mailed through bulk mail - 8.5 x 3.75". Outer side of third on left to be blank in center for mail label, only logo and return address in upper left with room for mailing label in center and bulk stamp on upper right. Yard sign with Lease To Buyer Logo and phone # (800-520-9485) and instead of For Sale it should say Lease Purchase. sign will have a metal frame with 2 steel legs that will plant in ground. Business Cards - 2 sided with logo and contact. front side will have normal contact info and back will have a section for Home Owners and Home Buyers that will list advantages, solutions offered of using Lease To Buyer/ should be editable. Post Card- 2 sided, similar to brochure but condensed information and editable. back side will be for mailing, upper left logo and return address.
