Minimalist Logo for Global Payments Company!
PRIDE
21st Century Global Payment Solutions
Yes
Our business is an exciting and innovative start-up that focuses primarily on the processing of electronic payments for small to mid-sized merchant retailers in North America and Europe. PRIDE stands for "Professional Results In Daily Efforts". Our niche in the payments industry is to provide outstanding customer service - which is severely lacking today. Since our main customer is small to mid-sized merchants, we're looking to portray a sense of warmth and security, not a stale, mundane corporate feel. We are revolutionizing the industry with the help of top Fortune500 companies and need to have a simple, but revolutionizing feel to match our business. I cannot over-emphasize the importance of minimalism in this project. We don't want to look too over-the-top or too powerful. We want to look approachable, trusting, and simple.

As already stated, we are looking for warm tones. Please stay away from cold, ice tones. Any warm tone combinations that mesh well together will be accepted. Keep it simple and soothing to the eyes.
not sure
There are a lot of "lion logos" out there today, so trust us when we say that we have done extensive research on what exists and what doesn't. Please do not just copy something from another site - we are paying a large sum for original content. As far as we can tell, there are currently no companies in the payments industry using a lion or lion pride as the logo. In addition, since most logos in the payments industry are corporate and/or mundane looking, it's difficult to suggest any sites to direct you to. The type font needs to have a mix of professionalism and simplicity. Nothing too harsh on the eyes. We are a big fan of the following magazine/website: http://www.monocle.com/sections/design/. I know this may not help too much, but I want you all to understand how we think and what we're looking for. We have picked up most of our "design thinking" from this site, so feel free to take a look at it. Plus, we just like the site anyway and thought you guys might as well. We plan to be tremendously engaged in this process, so feel free to add any additional ideas to the mix, we would love to hear/see your thoughts. Good Luck!
