  #7 this looks like a book on Pink Floyd - Awesome! but probably not a great angle for a law firm :) I wonder if they would sue me if we just put a crystal pyramid and rainbow on the cover?

  #14 Reckless driving cases are 80% speed related so the cover matches the subject well and it breaks away from the frame clip art pack nicely. The is something about it that says "Car ad" rather than legal book though. Maybe its the bright colors and contemporary "smart car" looking vehicle. May be look for different versions of the same theme and see.

  #20 I like the dirty scratched texture you did in #8 better, it makes it seem more interesting. #8's texturing is pretty heavy though, a slightly toned version, something in between #8 and #20 might be a good idea, no 100% sure though. I still think there needs to be some original graphic on the cover instead of just the text or framed clip art.

  #9 I like that you are creating original images instead of just using the clip art whole-cloth and getting rid of the borders. That doesn't mean that a submission couldn't have a square frame clip art, it just means that originality scores points.

  #22 Not bad, but the simplicity takes away from the professionalism. The look is not bad but then you realize its just swirled sirens with the clip art pasted on top. If the cover image was something original or it used some original elements in it I think it would help overcome that. I really like that your submissions are all over the place and not just a different versions of the same thing.

  #19 I like that concept of this design. Its abstract, not just clip art photography pastes on the cover. Its completely unique from the other too examples of book covers. The colors and text are not my favorite. So the execution is not there yet but the fact that it is completely going off on its own is a big plus.

  #8 I like the design of the scratched surface and the yellow hash marks...but it seems a little off. I don't know that the clip art I uploaded really matches. I can't help but wonder if something with traffic cones or a speed limit sign might be better. Don't know for sure...just vague impressions.

  #1 I think the police tap doesn't really match the Reckless driving. Most reckless driving cases are for speeding or minor car accidents, falling asleep at the wheel or someone doing doughnuts in a parking lot. Police crime scene tape doesn't usually come into play.

  #2,#,3,#4 I marked these low because this is a reckless driving book not DUI. Reckless driving is not generally an alcohol offense in Va and so the covers' designs were a bit confusing.
