Design a Creative Logo for a Food and Nutrition Marketing and Training Company
Outside the Vines
Food & Nutrition Consulting
Yes
This logo is for a nutritionist-owned food and nutrition consulting company that offers marketing/branding/PR/communications services for food and beverage brands, nutrition education trainings, food safety trainings, and corporate wellness programs.
Services are offered:
1) online (website, social media, web, etc.),
2) in-print (press releases, coupons, food/beverage product packaging and labeling, etc.), and
3) in-person (speaking, training, networking, company representation at trade shows, etc.).
It would be great if the logo can convey the above three forms of communications (such as a mouse, pen, and microphone)--or communications in general)--while also conveying nutrition/health/wellness. Ideally, the two concepts would be fused together somehow in the graphics of the logo (i.e. communications and nutrition).
The logo should also convey the idea behind the name of the company, "Outside the Vines," which speaks to the uniqueness and out-side-the-box strategies that the company employs to promote its clients' brands and services. The idea is that, starting as children, we are taught not to color "inside the lines" and people grow up doing things traditionally, not realizing the world of possibilities "outside the lines." The name, "Outside the Vines," puts a health spin to the phrase with the use of "vines" instead of "lines," since it helps companies and brands communicate from a health perspective and gives them a healthy and unique voice.
I DO want vines in the logo, but DO NOT want the logo to convey wine or grapes or something that would give the impression of a vineyard.

-two colors preferred but can add a third color if necessary -preferably colors found in nature -colors that would match a Tuscan or Mediterranean theme -one of the colors should definitely be a greenish color -the second color may be an orangish/reddish/copperish color (like the color of a Spanish tile roof or an autumn leaf) but I am open to ideas
not sure
A possible idea is having the text, "Outside the Vines," written as an elegant vine shape with the impression of someone coloring outside the borders of the letters... (as if someone is coloring outside the lines). However, if this is done, I do not want it to look childish as it will represent a professional high-end consulting firm.
See answer for "What will this logo represent and convey?" for additional details.
