Include this tagline in my logo.

Describe who/what this design is about

We are a rockery retaining wall company, please research other rockery retaining wall companies to get a feel of what I'm saying, we do everything related to yard work, you name it, we do it.
Please just surprise me, if you want to have a machine in the logo, please research clamshell bucket, I have a custom clamshell bucket that rotates on the machine, it is used for rockeries and retaining walls, thank you.

You can't use the "space needles logo" but you certainly can use an image of the Seattle Space Needle, if you use your own original design if that design is not so close to the official logo that it is likely to be confused as to source.

I think if we solely have the space needle, it is liable to be infringed upon their copyright and they may sue us, however if we safely incorporate the Seattle skyline with the space needle not playing such a dominant role, I think it is safe, in case if you are wondering of using the space needle. By just only using space needle, they may sue me and the logo creator for infringing upon their design and dilution of design. So if you need to use space needle, just do it along with the rest of the buildings in its natural state, untouched.
